      No major red flags. There's a lot of work to be done as the company continues to grow and evolve, so it can feel like a fast-paced and dynamic environment. It’s important to lean on your team to understand where we've been, where we are, and where we're going to stay on track.

      I have very fond memories of working at Marchex, namely the company culture and rapport with colleagues and leadership.

      Cons

      The only downside was that our office location closed, so was not able to stay on board without relocating.
