      Pros

      MP World School will be the benchmark the industry will be using to gauge the value of early learning apps. Commitment to making a World class educational platform is no easy feat but MP has the team to do it. The quality of the artwork, lessons, and videos are amazing. MP is creating a shared educational experience which both parent and kids will enjoy.

      Cons

      As the platform is being built from the ground up concepts and ideas can change. Totally understandable in order to ensure it's the best it can be, but it very frustrating nonetheless. It's a start-up so a start-up mentality is needed (both pro and con!).

      Pros

      The products are well-positioned in the realm of kids media, with visionary professionals setting the directions. The people are lovely and all have a passion for education and for delievering good-quality products to children. As an employee, I was given challenging but rewarding tasks with the support from the team. If you are clear about what you want, you can always get the support you want and learn a lot from projects and people around you.

      Cons

      As many start-ups, the constraints of resource (budget, time) always exist. Therefore, you have to be creative in solving puzzles and be strong enough dealing with changes, pressure. As a company, the orgasation and management are still on the way defining the optimal workflow and structure to drive growth.

      This is definitely the most exciting start up I have worked for. MarcoPolo has won numerous awards, including recently being nominated for an Emmy! MarcoPolo is an inspirational place to work, I love the mission of helping educate millions of young children all over the world. We are growing fast and the management team is open to giving everyone opportunities. Exciting times ahead!
