Company is in a death spiral employees not happy, looks like what is a hostile takeover is occurring and current ceo chair is empty save a figure head that doesn’t really have any vision. The business should not gotten into the dam marketplace and to be honest needs a major house cleaning with executives first — Ricoh was probably the worst partner to acquire us as I don’t think anyone in that org knows how to run anything but a printer business.
