Absolutely none, what a joke.

Cons

Fired me 10 days before I moved and a month before my wife has emergency surgery to remove a cancerous tumor which they were fully aware of. This company is ran by complete soulless and heartless monsters. Only apply here if you want to be shamed when you are at your lowest. They are also struggling to keep clients because of their extremely poor business practices. Won't be a department for much longer.

Pros to working here? There are none. The company has a shrinking revenue base and a constantly revolving roster of management and staff. Marcum does not offer a compelling value proposition for clients to engage with them, they are simply a small Long Island-based IT products vendor. Customers would be better off working with a full service technology partner versus Marcum. Prospective employees should avoid this place , even if it means becoming an Uber driver or a fry cook at McDonald's.

Cons

There is no opportunity to advance your career, the environment is extremely political with the company's processes designed to benefit a small handful of long tenured individuals, you will not learn anything about technology while working here.
