- International environment - Nice place to improve your coding speed - The developers have good skills - Nice people and events - Nice office
Cons
- Pressure when is not necessary - If they replace the jira from trello or sticky notes in your monitor is not going to be any difference. There is no methodology, nor waterfall nor scrum just a guy telling you every day what they expected to be done. - No QA, you have the responsibility of testing without a QA environment.
