Cons

Problematic sales leader/vp that randomly targets certain employees until he feels they have performed better. Ignores metrics. If you're good at sales, don't expect to be able to move departments or advance.

Great software, smart people, awesome CEO. Realistic vision for growth.

Cons

Old school SVP that targets certain employees. Didn’t happen to me but I watched him destroy colleagues enthusiasm for this job. Bizarre decision to sell hardware but w/e. Largest con is SVP is a walking HR liability. Beware to LGBTQ+

I worked with some bright teammates and saw real user impact.

Cons

In my personal experience, the day-to-day felt chaotic: frequent reprioritization, after-hours pressure, and inconsistent enforcement of policies. Communication quality varied, and expectations often outpaced staffing. Growth outruns infrastructure. Cannot recommend Ops roles. Other functions may have different realities.
