Pros
- Wonderful team, Great chemistry. Fantastic team lead and a superb place for personal growth. - Café in office was fantastic, lunch sandwiches especially.
Cons
- Constant stress due to terrible economic results for the company - Constant management hubris regarding how many products we really needed to have available - Very unclear and shifting WFH rules. - Salary not competitive enough. - Having to constantly navigate doublespeak on how to most efficiently build and market what is often perceived as a predatory product.
