Pros

Maybe the commission; the ambiance of the place?

Cons

Unprofessional and unethical community A lot of people are nosy, meddling with everyone's life outside work. Forces to participate in all activities even if ones refused to participate. Overworked. Working lunch? NO. They won’t let you eat on time. It’s like you are only swallowing your food, not chewing it because of double and triple booking of clients. One of the branches’ consultants loves to meddle with their employee’s private life OUTSIDE WORK. They question their employee’s decisions in life e.g. who they are friends with, where they are going etc. You can't use your SLs or VLs freely, they want to know who you are going to be with, where are you going, etc. Thinking that I worked here and wasted 2 years of my life irks me.

Pros

The pay for your uniforms.

Cons

The community displays unprofessional and unethical behavior, with many individuals prying into others' personal lives outside of work. The HR team appears to prioritize hiring based on beauty standards, overlooking candidates who may be too short, have a missing tooth, or don't meet certain aesthetic expectations without makeup. This hiring bias is particularly evident for individuals who are overweight. The HR team's conduct is notably unprofessional in handling such matters.
