Pros
Hands on all the latest technologies. Everyone works together to "make it happen". Services many different industries and municipalities. New clients keep coming and old clients keep increasing our scope. Great opportunities for growth. Many very long term employee's. No commute to the city!!! (saved me $15-20k/yr) Free snacks!
Cons
None that I am aware of... as long as you don't mind working hard, being challenged and can deliver you work on time/budget.

Great owners who are employee friendly, advanced technology and equipment. Friendly work environment.
Cons
Travel is required, but they pay for the expenses.
