      Pros

      It's usually a pretty chill place to work. Labs are done for you, someone comes in and sets up the CRRT machine for you.

      Cons

      Acuity isn't as high some of the time. You're not allowed to setup the CRRT machine even if you know how. Staffing sometimes makes questionable decisions.
