Before accepting a position at Marin Imaging Breast Center, I had been warned and unfortunately didn't listen. I was actually hopeful and didn't think it would be that bad. Ohh, its not bad, its HORRIBLE!!! Manager is completely out of line with employees, yells at them, stands in front of exam door to listen to your conversation with patients and will not reprimand those that cause a hostile environment.
I don't understand why Marin General would have someone in that position that clearly doesn't know what they are doing, and doesn't bring the department up, but will make sure you are always down. Negative remarks and being called into the office are the norm. Your opinion will not matter here, and you will be blamed for things you didn't do or have any control over. HR isn't helpful either, unfortunately.
There are only three mammography technologists working in the entire place now. Leadership is lacking,and department is quickly falling apart. Don't join the mess!!
