Lots of politics by Senior Electrical Design manager.....Not giving salary and experience certificate while leaving organisation.....low salary as per work assign....manager treated employee like slave....Harsh language used for female employees.....12-14 hrs daily work....no incentive

As a Mechanical Design and Development Engineer you are not only there for designing, you are also probing in fabrication & production. That will make you know much about what you are actually designing for.

Cons

As a Mechanical Design and Development Engineer you are confined to sheet metal designing of primarily set design setup. there is no much change in further of designs. You will be confined to certain stuff with not of much learning.
