Pros

I absolutely loved working and learning under Mark Kirsch. He is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to teach. I wish he would start his own clinic so that he would not have to associated with Mariners PT.

Cons

Management and Chris Morton are horrible to their employees. We were told that we would not be paid for any overtime. They offer no benefits and you can forget about asking for time off. You will end up working yourself in to the ground for people who don't are and are not appreciative for your hard work.

Pros

Good equipment and lots of cool people to work with. Mark Kirsch is the most knowledgeable and skilled therapist here. So if you get the chance, work with him as much as you can. He’s always eager to teach and will really get you thinking like a PT.

Cons

Chris Morton treats his staff very poorly. He has a massive ego and manipulates a situation to his benefit. He dumps a bunch of extra work on his staff and shows no appreciation. If you’re applying here as an assistant or intern, try to work under Mark. You’ll learn a lot more and be happier.

Pros

Great company to work for. You get to do a lot more than at other PT places. The patients and workers are all great! It is like a family there.

Cons

For all that we do, the compensation is quite low.
