      Pros

      I always felt that resources were a phone call away. Marisan Group makes you feel like a valued employee and that they gave your best interests are great.

      Communication has started becoming less frequent.

      Pros

      So far this has been one of my more positive employment experience. Very professional and supportive management team. Excellent on-boarding process - so easy and helpful along the way. They are not micro-managers - they actually trust their employees!
