Pros

Not working directly under the owners is a perk. Salary is above most. Keg on tap.

Cons

Lack of communication between owners (Mike and Dan) leading to constant conflicting information. Seems they have different views on how to run a company.

Pros

Yikes...I'm drawing a blank here.

Cons

Everything about this company is sad. The office itself, the organization and standards of work, the lack of experience and work ethic, high turnover, poor management....the list is long however, they do a great job of convincing people otherwise. There is no longevity with this company. Leaving was the best decision for my career. The Mark III name is not a reputable one in the industry.

Pros

I enjoy meeting new people and because of Mark III's impressive turnover rate, I met a ton of new people. This is a pro, right? Kinda? Ah well, silver lining at least.

Cons

Turnover, no organization, management is arrogant and lack coordination between each other. The expectations for most positions are vague with little direction. Management will not notify you should you make a mistake or offer any additional training or advice for clarification to eradicate making the same mistake (It's easier to layoff and hope the next filler wont need training or additional tools to succeed...) Questions and constructive criticism are not accepted at Mark III. The attention to detail in work is very poor. Not only limited to work behind the scenes but also out in the construction field.
