Pros
I enjoyed working here mostly because the Project Managers with fun to work with/for. There is constant humor around the office, everyone is motivated and working as hard as the next. The Project managers are dedicated and the estimators seem to enjoy and are even passionate about the work. Hours are flexible-ish.
Cons
Tuesday morning meetings.. keep your head down, mouth shut and hope that you will not be the one chosen for the chopping block that day. It could be anyone at any given time. Mark may drop in unexpectedly and light up the whole room or one person individually, it all depends on his mood for that morning, if he received a big check that week or if he closed a big commercial project. The CFO is calm but level headed and one of Mark's right hand guys, but he will fly off the handle unexpectedly as well. The foul language and casualness of the company is something you either can or cant handle... ladies have no dress code, men have no limit on what they can or cant say. Definitely some inner office affairs happening here. Some people like a more laid back environment, other would run for the hills if they walked in on one of Mark's temper tantrums or saw some of the clothes the girls where.
