      Pros

      The benefits at this company is okay compared to other private engineering company and the company is employee owned so they give employee stocks as you grow with them.

      Cons

      Promotion in the company is too slow even if you work good. They care more on the license rather than on the employees work ethics, performance and ability.

      non-competitive pay, lackluster bonuses, lack of training, no investment in employees, some extremely poor managers, blatant nepotism, no fun work culture, not the best quality control, unreal expectations of employees

      Typical office, two or three bad eggs that favor high school politics, but on the whole great co -workers. Hybrid wfh

      Cons

      HR needs to be audited by HR, Management is far removed from day to day but drive lofty deadlines. Shady at the top with above average attrition.
