      Pros

      A true 'make it your own' philosophy. In 6 years at Market Dojo I've seen us go from strength to strength and with that I've been given a once in a lifetime opportunity to be the first person to set foot outside of the UK such is our trajectory. The company is built on solid foundations with industry experts leading the charge in making a real difference in our specific market. Market Dojo is not just an employer to me, it's helped take my career to a whole new level and it wouldn't have been possible without the guidance, trust, support and encouragement from the founders.

      Cons

      You have to roll your sleeves up and really dig deep sometimes. Wear many hats and be dynamic. It's not a 9-5 in the world of BD however I don't see this as a con as you get out of it what you put into it!

      Honestly have nothing to say after working here 7 years. It's a family.
