      Pros

      Market Hardware was a really well run organization up until the last 6 months or so. Changes in leadership/management have unfortunately created a lot of issues and the company's vision is not as clear as it was previously. It's too bad because the company had so much potential with the previous leadership regime.

      Cons

      New leadership does not appear to be thinking long-term or strategically.

      Pros

      Remote Flexible These are all the pros I can think of.

      Cons

      The senior management team is unprofessional. There is favoritism here. If you aren’t a part of the “click”, they will slander your name behind your back. They will act really nice and understanding how if you make a mistake but will hold it against you and throw you under the bus the first chance they get.
