Ok first job becomes frustrating the longer you stay

Pros
Young, small, tight-knit company. Everyone is really smart and friendly and hard-working. Work is interesting and varied. Good first job out of college.
Cons
Company has not kept pace back-filling turnover over past few years even as projects and client work continues to increase, resulting in everyone being stretched thin. This would be more tolerable if raises and bonuses weren't consistently poor, and promotions were more easily attainable. Not much room for career growth. Company org is constantly in flux as people are always switching teams, changing which projects they manage, and/or leaving, which results in a lot of people not knowing what they're doing for awhile since knowledge sharing and documentation can be lacking.
