Pros

I can't think of any

Cons

A lot of Drama -All Style - No Substance Company was adding employees, but only laying off over 50% of it's staff. Reduced office space. No meaningful pay raises. Many employees are let go as soon as their 1 year anniversary and pay raise option comes up. In sales, it is a revolving door. Most employees who stay are traditional "job hoppers" Lack professionalism and character and in many cases, not employable. Management has made numerous changes that do not benefit employees. Does not seem to care about employees. Industry and effort seem to mean nothing. It's all about who your know. No team spirit. Management pretend that they care, but they really don't. Sales people see either feast or famine regardless of how hard they work. You could make $5,500 one month and no commission the next with the same or stronger effort. Leads are a touchy issue. Management claims they are distributed fairly. Most of us know better. This company also has no regard for intelligent financial management. They sometimes spend like crazy to put on the façade that things are going well and then have to readjust by laying people off to make up for their financial mismanagement. To wit, they had two layoffs this past year, after supposed strong growth in December and January and again in April. Would not recommend this employer to anyone Not optimistic about future growth I do not believe that MTI has the leadership capable of creating or sustaining long term growth. NOT A CAREER OPPORTUNITY. Contraryt o some of the reviews here, very few people, hard working people at that, have lasted a year, many less than a few months.

Pros

Forex training could be valuable to someone who is brand new to the markets.

Cons

Total lack of concern for employees and clients. Product is I believe overpriced. Some of the people I worked with made every effort to delay paying refunds to clients until 60 day expiration was over. Felt as though only a few select people got ahead at this company while the rest of us were seeders.

Pros

Interesting introduction to phone sales and financial markets

Cons

Mostly hype. High stress. Company management is clueless. Horrible old leads with disconnected numbers. Best leads, raised hands from webinars went to elite reps to keep them at the top. Over promise. Underdeliver. After working at MTI I learned to really appreciate the better jobs, such as the one I found after leaving MTI. Life is good. MTI pays below the industry standard. Other companies pay as much as 18%-20% commissions, salary and commission. MTI caps their commission at 10% and offers a draw versus salary. Also MTI offers Limited growth potential across the board. Only a select few get any real opportunity. Working at MTI also helped me to pursue an education in the financial markets including stocks, futures and Forex. I have learned so much more on my own than through MTIs "Ultimate Trader Package" and other MTI programs. Grateful for the opportunity to work at MTI. Even more grateful to be gone from there. Was a dead end job with no real growth potential.
