Management knows what is going on in the retail space and knows the needs/wants of clients. MarketDial is building a software platform to enable retail clients to conduct rigorous A/B testing. This is something easily done in the online world, but is an extremely complicated process in brick and mortar stores. MarketDial is handling this complexity well and is appropriately managing technical debt throughout the process.
