      You get to learn what a horrible employer feels like.

      Cons

      This is the type of company which will keep you at a low salary for almost a decade, claiming you are all working as a big family...then lay you off 3 months before your 10 year anniversary due to some suspicious investments top management made. I have ptsd from working here.
