Pros
They helped me kick off a successful career in the marketing and demand generation space. I worked exceptionally hard and I was lucky to be given the opportunity to work and live abroad on multiple occasions.
Cons
The only downfall is that they don’t pay you compared to what you are really worth. They are also inconsistent when it comes to performance reviews and raises. Actually raises eventually became nonexistent.
