      You learn from the hardworking employees

      Cons

      No one cares if you work hard. The good ones never last long. The non performers are left alone doing their own things. The hardworking ones are always given more work. Giving suggestions and hoping to improve is equal to telling the bosses that they are bad decision makers. Constructive criticism is unacceptable. Career development is almost zero, unless you are mates with the bosses.

      A lot of the people you work with are friendly.

      Cons

      - Management is poorly trained - General lack of leadership and direction from senior levels - No real training provided for onboarding staff - Lack of structure and procedure makes everyone confused - Lack of communication between all levels and teams (you're left in the darkness up until the last second) - High turnover rate - Low pay in comparison to industry standard
