Honestly nothing comes to mind. Only the fact that you get a paycheck.
Cons
Extremely micromanaging management- they go as far as watching what you type on the other side of the cubicle once you put a drafted email in the draft folder- for them to pick apart and tell you what you did wrong. Don’t trust their own employees to even send an email by themselves and you must be sitting at your cubicle when the owners pull up. The most toxic work environment I’ve ever been in.
