Pros

Childcare Benefits Rub shoulders with actual industry leaders Gain experience Lower and mid-level management is generally decent and good where it counts

Cons

No raises- pay is the same and there is no clear way to ask for raises Poor C-Suite Level Leadership making impactful decisions that result in needless lost jobs Toxic culture from highest levels. A c-suite executive told us that we get raises by applying for and getting management or other better-paying positions

Pros

Good Benefits with holidays and pto

Cons

Mediocre HR. Far below average pay. Declining Goals that are only obtainable by a small amount of the team. Subpar Upper Management with Poor Communication Skills and Favoritism. Contacting HR is like trying to reach someone by carrier pigeon. It took one email 6 days to get responded to by HR with "we're looking into it". My second email asking for why my PTO request was denied hasn't been responded to in 3 days either, while my father is in the hospital. Good luck moving up. Most of the management has never done the job and doesn't understand what it takes to do the job. Creating unrealistic expectations and increasing the workload to offset their misinformation. If you're a current employee they will expect you to join the Ascend program which offloads current managers work onto you, while still expecting you to complete your job, and some. Compensation is below par compared to other account manager positions in this field. You'll have to hit 200% of goal to even reach average pay range compared to the competition. Goals have been declining and the majority of employees still cant manager to obtain goal. Culture and Values are whatever's in and trendy! When I first started at this position I was guaranteed it would be a Work From Home position. This changed not too long after. They had also hired people from out of state, which were fired if they hadn't relocated to work in office. This change also happened within a month. Giving people with kids less than the required time to find child care for their children.
