      A great place for learners and hard workers.

      Pros

      The Management is cool. Timings are flexible. Managers are understanding and very people oriented. Learning is an advantage.

      Cons

      The salary offered is less. Too much work pressure as it is a startup. As it is a sales tool company the pressure on Sales people is quite high and is very much result oriented.

      Your views are always respected and received with an open mind. The only dumb questions here are those which are not asked. Positive environment throughout. Mistakes are always treated as a learning. You are not penalised for going wrong when trying a new concept/idea at work. The Top management are always accessible and transparent about the Company's performance in the market as well as prospects

      Cons

      Work load is high ( a Con only if you consider it so.....).
