Pros

The office environment was professional and people kept their interactions civil.

Cons

• The core software infrastructure was never properly set up, leaving me without access to essential tools for weeks • There was no documentation or training on existing systems, and the people in charge did not seem to care • Resources were so restricted I had to use outdated workarounds for basic daily tasks • Every project required me to build processes from scratch because the company had not invested in any standard infrastructure • Budget constraints meant even requesting basic software licenses took forever and usually got rejected anyway • I spent more time trying to get resources than actually doing productive work

Pros

Working in sales taught me different aspects of how sales are made and how commissions can be earned.

Cons

The leadership has made some terrible changes recently. Their awful attitude of not discussing anything with anyone has led to horrible chaos and endless exhaustion in employees' lives. They also pay a ridiculous amount as base pay. It's demeaning!

Pros

They provide a wide array of services to the clients, from design to marketing to CRM - Marketing 360®. It is powered by Madwire®.

Cons

- Client retention was poor because of careless and unfair work distribution. - Employees were pushed beyond reasonable limits, leading to constant exhaustion and burnout. - Unrealistic workloads made it impossible to deliver quality work. - Staff were expected to roam public places to chase potential clients, which felt humiliating and degrading. I chose to leave to escape the constant humiliation and disrespect.
