Pros

Nothing good about this HORRIBLE company

Cons

Where do I start. Leadership or lack there of - is clueless and doesn’t care about employees. Working environment is terrible. You do your work well and then you get more work while the people doing poor work sit back and relax. Make promises to customers to work on their digital marketing campaigns, but nobody ever touches them for months and months on end. No 401k match. No raises unless you ask and make a good enough case. The worst insurance on the planet. Nobody even recognizes it outside of MO. Leader hires her family and they turn out to be as big of a disaster if not worse than she is. The list goes on and on. RUN don’t walk away from this company. You’ll thank me later!

Pros

You will work with some amazing people

Cons

Everything!!! No communication from management as for direction of the company. They will use you until you break. One hand doesn't know what they other hand is doing. They don't pay their bills on time which causes vendors to hold material and slow producing products for customers. Benefit costs are the worst I've ever seen.
