Pros

Used to be a great small company to work. Lots of growth in the past few years which has meant the company has moved from their core values.

Cons

Amount of hours you have to put in to get the job done, and limited time to take vacation due to show schedule. People get hired and fired all the time with no proper HR involvement.

Pros

This is a good company for someone starting out in the industry or right out of college. They have great vacation time and unlimited sick leave.

Cons

MPE doesn't have much in the way of employee retention or advancement. They also tend to micromanage employees. There is a 50 call minimum per day and it is more of a telemarketing position vs sales/event planning.
