      I loved working here. I was trusted in a position to make my own decisions and get on with my work whilst being directed by the wider team.

      Very small team and no one left so little room for progression

      Pros

      It’s a place with passion and energy. Content is king. The staff cares — both at the ground and top levels.

      Cons

      Resources aren’t quite there. Excerbates high turn over which means nobody can quite catch their breath from recruiting and onboarding.
