The open work environment makes it easy to communicate with your colleagues. It's nice to sit amongst your peers and be able to see the company interact as one. The company also allows you to be flexible with your schedule as long as you're producing quality work and meeting your deadlines. The company culture is amazing and there are so many ad hoc clubs, volunteer opportunities, and events to get involved in. There are so many opportunities to grow as well, which is the most important aspect of a career. And did I mention that it's a dog friendly environment as well? It's so nice to be able to take a break from staring at your computer screen and pet a dog!

I've worked at a few different places, and can genuinely say MPS has an incredible work environment and culture. Everyone is incredibly respectful of each other and works really hard to provide the best service to clients. MPS does a great job of becoming a strategic partner in helping clients develop their goals instead of playing the role of order taker. Also, employees are involved in every aspect of the company and are invested in seeing everyone succeed.
