Pros
Markey is at the leading edge of active heave compensated marine deck machinery. They have a very long history in the maritime industry and are highly respected and regarded in the industry. The ownership is both very professional and business oriented, while being very loyal and compassionate regarding the well being of employees.
Cons
Markey is not a large company. For many years it was a family owned business, with a majority of the employees having been there for a very long time. There are some relationships between management and a few employees that go beyond the realm of employer-employee. You trespass into that territory at your own peril.
