1. boomer mentality. typical i climbed mountain to reach school is not leadership. your struggle is not your entitlement for employees to make sacrifice 2. no respect for work life balance 3. heads are disconnected from ground realities of workspace, can only lecture 4. emotional blackmail. made to feel guilty for taking leave! 5. bad location, no work from home, employee cannot focus on personal wellbeing 6. working on weekends is treated very casually. they think planning weekend in advance solves the problem 7, employees have to be available even after work hours. if an employee 8. leaving on time is viewed negatively. apparently staying in office for sake of it is better. they dont care if employee gets drenched in rain or traffic. taunts of half day given to employees for leaving in evening 9. dont understand difference between work hours and office hours 10. employees are human beings not machines. they are questioned about finishing lunch at 4 pm. adults do not need commentary about what they eat or when they eat. 11. no respect for boundaries. team building activities forces everyone. o
