Pros

Better than average salaries and benefits.

Cons

They rule by intimidation. Good people are run off. Incompetent employees are put in positions of power and allowed to bully and humiliate their staffs. The work has no meaning or direction. They waste loads of money that should be going to benefit worthy causes. There's a lot of sneakiness and secrecy.

Great location and environment. Very smart people, passionate about their work, with great connections to experts, opinion leaders, ample resources available.

Cons

no cohesive team in the office, all very virtual, especially with senior management rarely there in person; hard to feel the leadership or support
