      One of the Worst Company

      There is no pros so far.

      Cons

      1. Directionless Company 2. No working process 3. No motivation of work 4. Make your work like a slave (make you sit in an office 12-14 hrs a day, even if your work is done) 5. Will hire you, make their work done and terminate you by giving a lame excuse. 6. After termination, you have to beg for your own salary. 7. "Shashwat" the co-founder, is the most arrogant person and do not know how to behave and run a process. 8. There is no "Management" thing. There is no one to listen to your concerns. 9. There is no time for personal life.

      Sincere Apologies if we were not able to meet your expectations. We plan for the best but yes we also believe that mistakes may happen. We have noted all that has been mentioned and have also worked on getting the necessary changes done. Thank you for letting us know where we are lagging.

      Excessive Workload

      - above par learning curve - supportive peers - freedom to take decisions at times - approachable management

      Cons

      Lack of management skills disguised as a fast-paced environment. - No training for new employees. Expected to start work on day 1. - No Salary on Time (delays are often) - Excessive Workload - Management pushes to work on weekends - Login times are early and you will never logout befoe 8.30 pm (no exaggeration) - Salary is too low - Micromanagement (PMs seek updates every 30 mins) - Even lunch breaks turn into task update huddles - Forceful participation in employee activities., HR s over do stuff. - Average working hours are 10.5 hours + Extra 2 hours that you will work from your home

      You will learn what working with no recognition feels like. Will make you stronger for life and you'll exactly know the type of people not to trust(All of them)

      Cons

      Egotistic co-founder trying his hardest to prove he has a real skill. Will do anything to prove he is right(mostly he is not), while making baseless arguments.
