      Don't expect to get paid for months

      Pros

      Not much. Disorganized processes. Very start up setting without potential to grow.

      Cons

      People come and go way too often and I realized it's because salary is always delayed and not just by days, but by months. I didn't get paid for 5 months and they removed my access right away when I complained so I cannot contact them anymore to follow up on my salary.

      Great sub-teams; provided work-life balance for part time employees

      Cons

      Towards the end, I along with the rest of the employees were ghosted by Marque CEO Heidi Nazarudin. At that point, we had not been paid for at least two months. Heidi never got back to us nor did she gracefully tell us that the company was going under.
