Business outlook
Pros
The employees are great, and it is a fun place to work. I loved the friends I made there. I moved from Chicago and was able to keep my job remotely, which was incredibly helpful. I loved a lot of my time there.
Cons
The pay was not good, and when I tried asking for more when my responsibilities increased, I was told I wasn't worth that much and they did not need to pay me more. I was then treated much differently than I had been previously, much more negativity and nonconstructive criticisms. Leadership seems unreachable, which was disheartening. I was let go without a performance plan or any warning, so I can't say I would recommend this company to anyone anymore, which I had done a lot of previously.
