Be prepared for a major civil rights/violation of civil liberties lawsuit, Marquette. They violate the civil rights of employees of color, especially African-American employees. They use systemically racist tactics to deny Black and Hispanic people the right to work in a hostile-free environment. They harass and prevent any person who is not white to be promoted, they unlawfully terminate Black and Hispanic employees, they also suppress the rights to seek legal counsel/file police reports of Black and Hispanic employees if an inherent harm is done to them. They allow overt racists to harass Black and Hispanic employees at their properties as well. The upper management intentionally excludes African-American and Hispanic employees from any growth opportunities and willfully extends those opportunities to unqualified white employees. I am an eyewitness to their unlawful fair housing violations as they purposely turn away African-American prospective renters at their properties.

Marquette is more worried about their image and they are employees. I watched a whole maintenance staff walked off the property do to conflicts of interest in the office staff. Violations were sent to corporate and by surprise we're not addresses . Marquette has five core values that they do not follow themselves. They spend a lot of money on image and community however they are only looking to cover the negative impacts of their management capability. Do not work here unless you can sacrifice your integrity and your honor.
