The employees are very social and pleasant. Very good team.

Cons

Disgusting office politics. There are no any potential career growth in this place. The company hire inexperienced young guys in purpose to keep them on a low salary, and doesn't tell them that is going to be their actual salary unless they quit. An average worker at Mars stays 1 - 1.5 year, then he realizes everybody pays more than Mars and he quits. In general, that's a place to learn the basics of online industry and move on, but if you have offers from another places, Mars shouldn't be your first priority.

- One by one Amazing people that give you a family workplace environment. - Open space work environment. Helped to foster creativity and brainstorming within teams...(This was up-until there were no employees left in the open space) - Fun day Mondays each week.

Cons

- Over micromanagement and hostile environment from top management. - If you are a woman and you are looking to add to your family, please be advised that there have been quite a few women who came back to less-than-pleasant welcoming
