Upper management don’t care about team members only profit. Front line employees don’t receive any benefits from corporate even though their the company’s heart and soul. The founder would be disappointed with this culture and lack of caring of people in general. There’s no benefits for management, no 401K match and the health care benefits is basically a mortgage payment and deductibles are ridiculous!!!

The pay for account managers was below industry average, the hours were horrible and HR was only concerned with supporting company propaganda. Their 401(k) had an industry-leading match of 0.00% for employee contributions. Middle and upper management consists of some of the laziest, most dishonest, dysfunctional people I have ever had the displeasure of knowing and being associated with. I wrote up one of my superiors for being a lying incompetent slug and was let go shortly thereafter. One of the worst jobs for one of the worst companies imaginable.
