The pay is pretty decent. They also have monthly birthday celebrations and moral boosters.

Cons

Everything is so disorganized. No one gets any real training. And no one communicates clearly.

Progressive movement hinders a lot of improvements that should be made New Ideas are entertained but never acted upon Decisions take long to review and sign off on (No one wants to make executive calls based on information given)
