      Don’t want to mention pros, as this employer is not interested what their employee is real capable of with their as they bring all lower manager who does not acknowledge employees good work

      Complete disregard of employee career progression. Never interested in what employee is capable of! They should’ve given a chance in other departments - speciality etc.

      This company lacks all regard for people’s health. Roles are stretched beyond human capacity and inspite of good profits and regular acquisitions, resourcing continues to be extremely poor.
