Pros

You get a lot of hands-on experience, and learn by making mistakes. It truly helps you develop problem solving skills.

Cons

There is a very low morale and an extremely high turnover rate. The agency and its campaigns are at a complete disconnect.

Pros

It is very easy to get a job here, they will hire almost anyone with or without experience and they are always hiring.

Cons

It is very hard to grow and excel in your career here. There are about 5 people who have worked here from the start of the company, and if you are not them, you will just be assisting them your entire career with no opportunity for learning, growth, or promotion. There are no job titles and no structure to this company. There is no training or on-boarding process. There is no pay structure and a huge gap in pay based on your relationship with the owners. There is no structured salary increases or incentives and no room for growth. You will stay at the same salary for years and it will be way below market. The environment is extremely unprofessional and there is lots of office gossip. There have been many occasions where employees are crying in the office. The gossip is coming from the top down and many employees are in therapy to cope with the work culture. There is no work life balance and you are expected to be on call and answer clients in the middle of the night and during holidays. I would truly advise you to look somewhere else to work if you want to excel in your career.
