      Pros

      - Work for a legendary British brand added to your portfolio. - Use of Marshall amplifiers.

      Cons

      - Lack of project management. - Reluctance to recognise/promote internal talent. - Lack of trust in employees. - Micromanagement of creative employees; totally demoralising. - Enthusiasm for any element outside job remit is frowned upon, not nurtured. - Salary a lot lower than benchmark.

      Historic and genuinely iconic British brand. opportunities to get involved in a great many exciting events and to be apart of rock and roll history.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for career progress. Highly political environment and poor communication.
