Says a lot when attrition rates are higher than replacement rates!
Pros
Remuneration is subjective but to me, its reasonable. For most, though, its less to be desired for. Other benefits are quite normal and you would have expected that from most companies of MCE's size.
Cons
Probably one of the least proper managed local-MNC ever. There has been no fewer than 6 MCE senior management departures within 2017 alone and this doesn't bode well on how MCE is being run on the outset. These direct reports under the current General Manager hasn't been made redundant, but rather most have resigned on their own accord (with at least 1 or 2 haven't had their contracts renewed in spite of positive performances). How the above has been allowed to continue is appalling and baffling! The continuous downward spiral of morale, perceived-restructuring/reoganisation and the unwillingness of the top corporate management to take ownership and action has so far been damaging to say the least. The attrition further down the chain of command is piling up and replacements are slow to cover. HR at this stage is ineffective and sad to say, the whole culture of not taking ownership is leading this organisation into the abyss.
