      Health insurance, co workers, 8-4:30 daytime hours.two weeks vacation, sick days

      Cons

      Pay. The company pays less then 12 dollars an hour. No pay for snow days when they choose to close the company you are not paid.

      Learned some new skills

      Poor management from the CEO to COO, and some departments managers. my manager was horrible. Thankfully, he is not there anymore, but as I still hear Marshall Health is very poorly managed. Pay was not good either.
