Terrible site. Manager was not interested in providing training and adopted a bully like approach to new starters.

- Company car - Manufacturer training - Some nice brands in wider company

Cons

- Poor work / life balance - Poor bonus structure (unrealistic targets) - Micromanagement from above - Constant redundancies and re structure - No company sick pay - Poor company benefits - Just look at the glass door rating!
