Martin really embraces the culture of work hard, play hard. We strive to be a place that you want to come to work to every day. Management works hard to make sure that every employee is in a role best suited to their strengths, and that they feel appreciated. The standards are high, but so are the rewards.

Pros
They throw great parties. HR is very supportive and willing to compromise to make the employee experience better. The CEO is very engaged with the company. They really care about the brokers they work with. Most of the employees are under 30 so it's a lively place to work.
Cons
This is the definition of a dead-end job. People have worked there for years and have not been promoted and any promotions that do occur seem to be in name only - you get more work and more responsibility, but sit at the same old desk with the same old hourly wage as the rest of the cogs.
